F&B OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
Monthly Salary: $3,150 - $3,500
Working Location: Tanjong Pagar (in front MRT)
Working Days & Hours: 44hrs/week (OT paid)
6 working days a week – around 7hrs+ daily
Rotating shift / Split Shift
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with all operation and administrative duties to ensure smooth day‑to‑day restaurant operations
- Extend warm greetings to guests upon arrival and usher them to allocated seats
- Take food and beverage orders and serve them
- Handle phone enquiries, take guest reservations and review daily reservations booked
- Handle enquiries and group bookings for baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries and corporate dining
- Monitor guests’ needs, check and coordinate special requests such as special menu requirements, cake or flower orders and table requests
- Perform cashiering duties as required
- Manage guest relations and handle feedback concerning food and services
- Work with Marketing Team for marketing strategies and promotions
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field
F&B MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (SERVICES)
Working Day: 5/6/5/6 (7/8am-4pm or 2pm-11pm)
Location: Sentosa Hotel
Salary: up to $3,360
Requirements
- Degree holder, preferably with F&B experience
Job Scope
Hands‑on involvement in daily operation to understand and execute duties
Undertake management trainings and responsibilities with focus on sales management, customer satisfaction, operating expenses and shop’s profitability
Enforce and ensure compliance to Company SOPs, governmental regulations, food safety and hygiene standards within the store
Any other ad‑hoc duties based on operational needs
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers
- Handle cashiering duties and banking duties
- Provide courteous and efficient food and beverage services to the customers
- Help prepare and clear the tables for restaurant patrons
- Attend and respond to customers’ needs promptly and professionally
- Assist in the serving of the menu‑items to restaurant patrons at their seats
- Ensure the smooth operations of the restaurant
Working days & hours
10am – 10pm (2hrs rest)
Location: Clarke Quay
Job scopes
- Maintaining of kitchen area and workstation cleanliness.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Follow SOP for cooking and cutting food.
- Understand restaurant menu and product knowledge.
- Share the responsibility in guaranteeing the hygiene, safety and the food quality.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major
- With kitchen experience (Chinese Cuisine) preferred
