Responsibilities:

• Assist Outlet Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations

• Attend to customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally

• Prepare and submit daily operational reports

• Ensure service standards and procedures are consistently followed

• Handle multiple orders and support various events efficiently

• Perform cashiering duties and manage opening/closing of the outlet

• Set up banquet/function rooms and maintain cleanliness and order

• Help train and guide new team members

• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Entry level, training will be provided.

• Able to commit on weekends and Public Holidays
