Job Descriptions:

  • We are hiring Kitchen Assistant & Stewards to support our kitchen operations. This is an essential back-of-house role that ensures the kitchen runs smoothly, cleanly, and efficiently.
  • No prior experience is required—training will be provided. If you are hardworking, responsible, and enjoy working in a team, we’d love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist chefs with basic food prep (cutting, peeling, portioning ingredients)
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and work areas
  • Wash dishes, cookware, and utensils promptly
  • Handle waste disposal and keep garbage areas clean
  • Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients
  • Support the kitchen team during peak service hours
  • Follow hygiene and safety guidelines at all times
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the chef or supervisor

Requirements:

  • Hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn
  • Good personal hygiene and cleanliness
  • 6-days work week including weekends, Rotating shifts.
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • To be able to work at different outlets across Singapore.
