Job description

We are looking for someone to join our Human Resources (HR) team! This candidate will be part of the HR Shared Services operations supporting the respective business units as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Perform employee-related duties at the administrative level

  • Familiar with the HR integrated system (Time Management Systems) to provide data entry duties and ensure accuracy of the records in the system

  • Perform work pass application of foreign employees (Work Permit/S Pass/Employment Pass)

  • Monitor and follow up on work pass New Application and Renewal status with the relevant parties

  • Assist the HR team in administrative support such as any letter generation

  • Any other duties as may be assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business Management or other relevant courses

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience

  • Meticulous in Data Entry and System Data Management

  • Good Team player

  • Good written and spoken communication skills

  • Candidates with prior experience handling HR integrated system (HRIS) will have an added advantage
