Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented F&B Executive – Bar to assist in managing bar operations within our Food & Beverage department. The ideal candidate will support the bar team in delivering exceptional service, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the bar, while working closely with F&B leadership.
Key responsibilities
Bar Operations Support
- Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the bar, including setup, service, and closing procedures.
- Ensure all beverages are prepared and served according to brand and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the service team to maintain seamless F&B operations.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor bar stock levels and assist with ordering, receiving, and storing supplies.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report variances to the F&B Operations Manager.
- Ensure proper stock rotation and minimize wastage.
Guest Experience
- Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
- Address guest inquiries or complaints efficiently and escalate as necessary.
- Promote signature cocktails, beverage specials, and upselling opportunities.
Team Coordination
- Support training of bar staff on beverage knowledge, hygiene, and service standards.
- Assist in monitoring staff performance and maintaining team discipline and motivation.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Compliance & Hygiene
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the bar area.
- Follow all standard operating procedures and service protocols.
- Perform any other job tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in F&B operations, with a focus on bar service.
- Good knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, mixology, and bar trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory procedures.
