• Brew coffee and prepare the beverage
• Assist at the counter
• Assist in customer service duties
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the coffee shop
• Assist in receiving, stocking, and arranging ingredients and supplies for the coffee shop
• Assist supervisor to help out and guide other workers and manage the stalls
• Conduct monthly stock checks
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Ability to carry out multiple tasks and work well as a team player
• Customer service experience
• Relevant working experience in a coffee shop/food court is an added advantage
• Must be prepared to work during weekends/public holidays and overtime as and when required
