JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Provide personalized food and beverage services to Club Members and guests

  2. Must be able to communicate in English

  3. Plan table arrangement; set-up and clear tables where required.

  4. Take F&B orders and repeat orders to ensure correct orders have been taken.

  5. Pick-up orders from the Kitchen / Bar and serve them to Members / Guests.

  6. Enter charges in the MICROS / POS system.

  7. Perform opening and closing duties.

  8. Polish silverware; glassware; cutleries; etc.

  9. Prepare mis-en-place at side station before operations.

  10. Attend briefing before operations.

  11. Ensure cleanliness of restaurant.

  12. Provide F&B service at functions and events.

  13. Ensure prompt and courteous service to Members / Guests.

  14. Update menu knowledge.

  15. Ensure compliance with established service standards.
