Job summary

Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a friendly cafe associate to prepare simple food items and beverages and to provide welcoming service to customers.

The role offers a base salary up to SGD 3,000 plus AWS and PB, a 5-day work week, and annual leave of 10 days. Training will be provided; start date in October 2026. Weekend/holiday rostering may be required.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn food and beverage preparation.
• Willing to handle both food and beverage counter duties.
• Friendly, responsible, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced café environment.
• Available to work weekends and public holidays as rostered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare simple food items according to recipes and established standards.
• Prepare coffee, tea and other beverages using the appropriate equipment.
• Rotate between the food and beverage counters based on daily operational needs.
• Take customer orders and provide friendly and efficient service.
• Ensure food and beverages are prepared consistently and presented appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation across food, beverage and service areas.
• Assist with stock checks, replenishment and proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
• Support opening, closing, cleaning and other daily café operations as part of the team.

• Base up to $3,000 + AWS + PB (subjected to performance)
• Annual Leave - 10 days
• 5 days work week scheduled according to shift
• Open to candidates with little to no experience as training will be provided
• Expected to start work in October 2026
