Job Description

  • Deliver exceptional service that reflects the high standards of the F&B Department, creating memorable experiences for members and guests.

  • Confidently recommend and promote menu items and specials with expert knowledge.

  • Support smooth daily operations by assisting with pre-opening, closing, and floor duties.

  • Greet and engage members and guests warmly, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

  • Handle payments accurately and present bills promptly with courtesy.

  • Listen to member or guest feedback and promptly report any concerns to management for quick resolution.

  • Uphold Club policies and contribute flexibly to the team by taking on additional duties as needed.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 2 years of F&B service experience, preferably in a club or hotel in Singapore

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Service-oriented with a positive attitude and teamwork mindset

  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

  • Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage
