Job Summary

• Location at Lavender
• Salary Up to $4,500

• Week (Mon–Fri, 9:00am – 6:00pm | Sat, 9:00am – 1:00pm)

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Submit Estimated P&L on the 1st and 15th of each month
• Prepare Manpower Costing Charts (MCCs) and identify salary discrepancies
• Analyse data and generate performance reports
• Conduct interviews for outlet staff recruitment
• Maintain and update TMS & SAP systems
• Handle applications for delivery platform setups
• Optimize manpower allocation to improve sales performance
• Monitor daily sales and coordinate with departments to achieve targets
• Review and adjust monthly sales targets based on outlet performance
• Cover Admin Coordinator (AC) duties in their absence

Operations

• Resolve outlet issues including maintenance and IT equipment
• Coordinate with Departments/Supervisors/Outlet Cooks to address HQ-raised operational issues (e.g., hygiene)
• Ensure all outlet staff comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Review, revise, and develop SOPs when necessary
• Collaborate with Departments/Supervisors/Outlet Cooks to create recipe costing
• Prepare duty rosters when required
• Assist with manpower redeployment during emergencies
• Calculate and submit Monthly Roving Cost to Accounts Department

Job Requirements

• Diploma in an F&B-related discipline (candidates with relevant F&B industry experience preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of operations experience in the F&B industry
• Hands-on, with a positive learning attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Able to travel to outlets across Singapore
