A prominent F&B chain in Singapore is seeking an F&B Assistant Ops Manager to lead daily operations of their cafes and restaurants. This role involves overseeing service standards, driving sales, and managing team performance to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of our cafés and restaurants.
  • Implement and uphold operational SOPs for consistency.
  • Monitor product quality, customer service, and brand presentation.
  • Support operations at peak service hours and during staff shortages.
  • Lead, train, and motivate outlet managers and staff.
  • Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews.
  • Drive sales and profitability through operational efficiency.
  • Track outlet performance and KPIs.
  • Manage and plan budgets, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience.
  • Uphold brand aesthetics and service etiquette.
  • Respond to feedback and operational challenges.
  • Support new store openings and market expansion.

Awfully Chocolate is Singapore’s homegrown premium chocolate brand, known for our artisanal cakes, handcrafted desserts, and distinctive retail and dining experiences. We’ve grown from a single cake shop to a regional brand with outlets, cafés, and restaurants — all committed to delivering everyday indulgence in chocolate.

We are looking for F&B Assistant OpsManager to assist in leading and organising the daily operations of our cafes and restaurants and motivate our team to provide positive vibes and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities is to assist to;

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of our cafés, and restaurants to ensure smooth execution and high service standards.

  • Implement and uphold operational SOPs for consistency across all outlets.

  • Monitor product quality, customer service, and brand presentation.

  • Support operations at peak service hours and seasons and seasons of staff shortages

  • Lead, train, and motivate outlet managers and staff to achieve performance and service excellence.

  • Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning.

  • Build a strong operations culture that reflects the Brand.

  • Drive sales and profitability through operational efficiency and cost management.

  • Track outlet performance and KPIs, including sales, costs, and customer feedback.

  • Manage & plan budgets, forecasting, and P&L analysis.

  • Ensure exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints.

  • Uphold brand aesthetics, store ambience, and service etiquette.

  • Respond effectively to feedback, complaints, and operational challenges.

  • Support new store openings and market expansion.
