• Complete all trainings within the targeted timeline to progress towards Assistant Manager level.

• Perform duties in line with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

• Assist in the hiring process by recommending candidates for junior positions.

• Oversee stall operations and ensure overall well-being.

• Undertake any other tasks assigned by the Restaurant Manager from time to time.
