We are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to ensure smooth operations behind the scenes. What You’ll Do
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for easy access and compliance.
  • Handle applications and submissions on government portals related to F&B licensing and renewals.
  • Draft and prepare authorisation letters and official documents for management and regulatory bodies.
  • Assist the manager with daily admin tasks: scheduling, note-taking, report preparation, and presentations.
  • Liaise with government agencies and external partners on behalf of the company.
  • Support audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
  • Take on ad-hoc administrative projects as needed.
We’re Looking For
  • Qualification: Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Business Admin or related field.
  • Experience: 1+ year in administrative roles (F&B industry experience is a plus).
  • Familiar with government portals and licensing processes (advantageous).
  • Strong communication skills (written & spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Independent yet a strong team player with a growth mindset.
