The successful candidate will handle various tasks including order processing, supplier coordination, and assisting the Operations Manager, leveraging their prior accounting and administration experience.

Jobscope:
- Taking and processing outlet's orders to central kitchen
- Processing orders with supplier
- Warehouse stock management
- Assist Operation Manager
- Processing invoice and Purchase orders
- Prepare Delivery for delivery
- Filing and archiving of documents
- Other ad hoc account or administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 3 years office administration/accounting experience
- Proficient with excel
- Experience with order processing / warehouse management
