Job summary

Lenskart Singapore is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers and guide them to the right eyewear while delivering exceptional service in our stores. You will share product knowledge, assist with merchandising and stock, and help create a welcoming shopping experience for all customers.

You will work closely with opticians, managers and the team to ensure accurate fittings, smooth store operations and a high level of customer satisfaction across our optical retail locations in Singapore.

• Merchandise and stock shelves to keep the floor visually appealing.
• Handle customer issues professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organisation across the sales floor.
• Collaborate with colleagues, opticians and managers for smooth operations.
• Support eye care providers in fitting frames and lenses where applicable.
