HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our islandwide stores.

Start with a base salary of $2,300 monthly plus incentives and AWS, with opportunities for a 13th month bonus and career growth. You will welcome customers, recommend products, handle transactions, and assist with stock and store upkeep. The role requires a positive attitude, good communication, and the ability to work rotating shifts in a 5-day week across islandwide locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
• Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to commit to shift work and retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations
• Maintain customer records, work orders, and payment transactions
• Support stock receiving, replenishment, and inventory management
• Assist with daily store operations and housekeeping
