Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Retail Assistant to join our Eyewear Retail team across Islandwide locations. You will deliver warm customer service and assist shoppers with product recommendations.

Basic salary starts at $2,300 monthly with additional incentives ($500–$1,000+), plus AWS / 13th month bonus and comprehensive medical coverage. Expect a 5-day, rotating shift schedule and focus on in-store operations and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
• Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations.
• Maintain customer records, work orders, and payment transactions.
• Support stock receiving, replenishment, and inventory management.
• Assist with daily store operations and housekeeping.
