Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct eye examinations and assess patients' ocular health using specialised equipment.
• Provide professional advice and recommend suitable optical solutions.
• Dispense lenses and manage lens inventory.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Support daily clinic operations and ensure quality patient service.
• Assist with insurance verification, claims and billing.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
