Job summary

ABER CARE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Early Childhood Educator to design and execute lesson plans with age-appropriate materials and foster positive behaviours in a preschool centre.

You will conduct observations, update parents on child progression, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment while adhering to HPB, ECDA and Centre SOP guidelines. Strong parent-teacher partnership and two-way communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Higher NITEC in Early Childhood Care & Education or relevant, with LON.
• Min 2 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute lesson plans with age-appropriate materials.
• Foster positive behaviours in the preschool centre.
• Evalute lesson plans and amend accordingly to the needs of the children.
