Job Description

• Support monitoring of campaign performance across channels (Google, Meta, TikTok) and track key metrics (traffic, CTR, CVR, activation)
• Assist in preparing and maintaining performance reports and dashboards
• Support campaign setup and execution, including tracking links and campaign configurations
• Maintain campaign tracking structure (e.g. UTM parameters, naming conventions) and ensure data accuracy

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
• Strong numerical sense and attention to detail, comfortable working with data and basic performance metrics
• Good logical thinking and willingness to learn problem‑solving approaches
• Responsible, proactive, able to execute tasks independently and work in a fast‑paced environment
• Interest in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth strategy
• Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets for data handling
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (Google, Meta, TikTok)
