Expression of Interest: Relationship Manager, Premier Banking (Hurstville)

As a member of the Retail Banking Services (RBS) team at CommBank, you will play a crucial role in delivering a seamless banking experience to our 10 million+ personal and small business customers. With access to market-leading products and services supported by world-class systems and processes, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the world of banking.

Your primary focus will be on providing Relationship Management services to High Net Worth clients within the Premier Banking segment of the Customer Service Network (CSN). These clients typically have lending and investment balances of $1M or more, and your role will involve assisting them in achieving financial growth while ensuring superior service delivery to help them effectively manage their daily finances.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Demonstrating exceptional customer service by adhering to the Bank's service standards.
  2. Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients by understanding and addressing their financial needs through comprehensive financial health checks.
  3. Identifying opportunities to offer innovative financial solutions, including lending and investment options tailored to each client's requirements.
  4. Actively contributing to client acquisition and referrals by collaborating with internal and external partners.
  5. Providing personalized solutions to support the financial goals of High Net Worth clients.
  6. Resolving client inquiries and requests independently to ensure end-to-end service provision.
  7. Collaborating with specialists to address clients' financial planning, investment, risk insurance, and commercial business needs.
  8. Engaging regularly with clients to strengthen relationships and explore opportunities for portfolio growth.
Qualifications and experience:
  • Previous experience and knowledge of mortgage/lending products and services.
  • Sales experience with a diverse range of products and services.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred: Certification such as Certificate IV in lending or equivalent.
  • Preferred: FSRA Tier 2 accreditation, including Deposit Products and General Insurance.
