A leading multinational manufacturing company seeks an experienced logistics manager to oversee export shipments to Europe. Basic salary up to $5,800

Be part of a regional logistics network, focusing on the European market
Excellent platform for experienced team leads from manufacturing industry with export shipping exposure
Lead and manage a team responsible for the end-to-end export shipping process, with a focus on Europe-bound shipments
Ensure smooth and timely execution of shipments in compliance with international trade regulations and customer requirements
Oversee and assess logistics providers to ensure cost-effective and high-performing services, including rate negotiations and vendor evaluations
Manageshipment bookings with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and hauliers; negotiate spot rates when needed
Supervise the preparation of export documentation (e.g., Shipment Cost, Haulier Manifest in SAP) and ensure all regulatory paperwork is accurate
Oversee Free Trade Agreement (FTA) applications and updates with internal stakeholders and Customs
Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize cost and service delivery
Handle and resolve logistics service complaints, supporting claim management processes
Lead team development, coaching, performance reviews, and recruitment where necessary
Serve as Deputy to the Customer Service Manager when needed, handling escalations and operational support
Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in export shipping within a manufacturing environment (manufacturing background is a must, ideally in chemicals or industrial goods)
Strong experience in managing export shipments to Europe or Asia countries
Proven leadership capabilities—setting KPIs, performance reviews, and recruitment
Excellent working knowledge of:
Dangerous Goods transportation
Customs & Excise regulations
International Trade Compliance
Letters of Credit and international payment terms
Proficient in SAP and capable of data analysis and reporting
Experience in a regional logistics role within an MNC is preferred
