Job summary

A leading logistics company seeks a candidate for a shipping management role located near Bendemeer MRT in Singapore. Job Description:

• Coordinated daily shipments and liaised with freight forwarders for booking arrangements and timely deliveries.

• Managed end-to-end shipping processes, including crating, forklift arrangements, and fumigation when necessary.

• Prepared and processed all shipping documentation, such as invoices, credit notes, packing lists, delivery orders, and certificates of origin.

• Provided pre-advice and shipping updates to both internal teams and external customers to ensure smooth communication.

• Handled the packaging and dispatch of spare parts for customer support and assisted with various ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirement:

• Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC / N-Level qualification with 1–2 years of relevant shipping experience.

• Familiarity with Syspro business software is an advantage.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently.

• Up to $3400
