Information:

1. Salary range: Export Manager - Up to $5,800; Warehouse Executive - Up to $3,600

2. Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9am - 5.30pm; Alternate Sat, 9am - 1pm

3. Working location: Alps Avenue

4. Company transport: Tampines, Tanah Merah

Positions Available:

1. Export Manager

• Monitor team’s daily activities, ensuring team knowledge to handle customer needs.

• Implement new requirements and practices from airlines or terminals, including manpower planning.

• Resolve escalations from customers, internal teams, or ground handling.

• Develop and execute improvement plans for teamwork processes.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the supply chain industry and proficiency in MS Office.

1. Warehouse Executive

• Monitor export operations to meet customer requirements.

• Coordinate with customer service and third-party vendors on special handling requirements.

• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and maintain warehouse housekeeping.

• Identify improvements for warehouse operations in line with quality management goals.

• Ensure daily tasks are completed and staff comply with regulations.

• Liaise with internal customer service and service providers for daily export/import warehouse operations.

• Manage third-party traffic service providers to ensure smooth deliveries and collections.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the supply chain industry.

• Proficient in MS Office.
