Our client, a well-known company, is looking for candidates for the position of Export Customer Service Executive.

Responsibilities

1. Direct contact with customers, providing friendly and reliable service.
2. Provide flight details to customers within 1 hour of booking.
3. Check export document compliance when processing export work orders.
4. Apply for the correct export permits and handle customs procedures promptly.
5. Answer all calls within three rings.
6. Monitor onboard status and inform customers of any irregularities.
7. Maintain good communication with related departments such as Operations, Warehouse, Traffic, and Planning.
8. Ensure airfreight rates are correct and up-to-date.
9. Stay informed about new airline or governmental requirements.
10. Submit all monthly customer reports on time.

Requirements

1. Minimum N or O Level qualification.
2. 1-2 years of experience in airfreight operations (export/import).
3. Experience candidates may be considered for senior positions.
4. Sense of urgency and responsibility in work.
5. Knowledge of airfreight documentation and customs procedures.
6. Ability to work independently and handle urgent shipments.
7. Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Excel, Word).
