Export Customer Relationship

Job Role/Scope:

• To assist and coordinate shipment arrangements pertaining to airfreight.

• Customer service & attend to customer grievance management.

• Ensuring customer satisfaction with quality and reliable total logistics solution and support service.

• Smooth shipment arrangements.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Liaising and timely responding with various stakeholders such as shippers, agents, sales and operations personnel, airlines, transporters, and warehouse.

• Arrange collection of cargoes from shippers with transporters.

• Check space availability with various airlines.

• Book and secure space with airlines to export shipments.

• Ensure feasibility of net rates and selling rates.

• Create Export Verbal Instruction (EVI).

• Declare permits and insurance on behalf of shippers.

• Arrange fumigations for wooden pallets.

• Obtain POD from agents.

Qualifications:

• Education level - O Level, Diploma.

• Self-motivated with a focus on customer service.

• Proficient in MS Office.
