Job summary

Responsibilities include packaging, labeling, and pricing finished products for display or shipment, receiving deliveries, inspecting quality and freshness, and rotating stock to ensure proper freshness, while adhering to SSOP and HACCP sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Experience following SSOP and HACCP guidelines.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work areas.
• Attention to detail in labeling and packaging processes.

Responsibilities

• Bone, cut, trim, tie, and grind meat (beef, pork, poultry, and fish).
• Package and price finished meat products for retail displays or wholesale shipping.
• Receive meat deliveries, inspect quality and freshness, rotate stock.
