• Scope of Responsibility: Lead small to medium projects with low-to-mid-level complexity
• Client Interaction: Regular interaction with stakeholders on project level, with a focus on ensuring successful project delivery and addressing day-to-day operational challenges. Expected to build strong relationships at the operational level
• Leadership, Learning and Development: Support the development of team members, encouraging continuous learning within the team
• Financial Management: Oversee financial performance at the project level, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Focus on accurate reporting and financial forecasting
• Agile Delivery Principles: You lead by example actively managing and knowledge sharing with latest agile methodologies

• You have a bachelor's degree in IT, Business or similar
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles (Delivery, Project Management etc.)
• You have a background in Software Development Consulting or Innovation Consulting industry
• You have a track record of project management with complex agile approach
