Job Description:

• For e-commerce businesses and products, apply natural language processing related algorithms in multi-language situations, such as but not limited to: generative models, multi-modal models, information extraction, text classification etc.
• Through the natural language processing algorithm model, it supports product upload, product optimization and management and other business applications, thereby improving product conversion efficiency and platform operation efficiency.
• Explore cutting-edge technologies related to natural language processing algorithms and introduce them into existing systems to improve technical indicators.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or related disciplines.
• Prior experience in the e-commerce industry.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in developing, optimizing or researching search and recommendation systems
• Minimum 1 year of experience in large language models (LLMs) related research or projects.
• Excellent programming skills with proficiency in Python, C++, or Java, along with experience in machine learning (ML) frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
