Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd is seeking a creative and energetic professional for a 1-year contract based at Raffles Place, Singapore. You will craft original event concepts, activations and client experiences, weaving storytelling across video and social content.

The role requires strong ideation, love for events, and the ability to translate briefs into compelling concepts. Regional exposure in Asia is a plus, with a collaborative, delivery-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in relevant field required.
• 1–2 years of experience in events/experiential/creative agency with strong concept development.
• Strong storytelling and ability to translate briefs into engaging concepts.
• Experience in video and social content is highly valued.
• Ability to turn ideas into deliverable concepts and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Create original concepts for events, activations and client experiences.
• Develop stories, ideas and creative treatments that hold experiences together.
• Design moments audiences remember and share.
• Extend ideas to video, social and digital content beyond the event.
• Create social-native concepts rather than just repurposing footage.
• Develop video concepts, storylines and scripts.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, agencies and partners to realise ideas.
• Spot emerging formats and trends to inspire future work.
• Draw inspiration from best experiences beyond financial services.
