At The Holograil , we don’t just run photo booths — we craft memorable, share-worthy moments. Our booths blend technology, design, and experience to turn every snapshot into something magical. Now, we’re looking for a driven, curious, and creative Experiential Innovation Lead to join our team and help redefine what a photo booth can be.


What You’ll Do


As an Experiential Innovation Lead, your mission is to innovate. You’ll lead the ideation, research, and development of fresh, immersive photo booth experiences that push the boundaries of what’s possible. This role is a mix of creative strategy, user research, trend forecasting, and product development.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Concept & Strategy
  • Brainstorm and develop new, unique photo booth experiences and formats.
  • Identify untapped markets, demographics, or occasions we can create for (e.g. festivals, brand activations, weddings, retail).
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to position and package new experiences.

  • Research & Development
  • Conduct deep research into existing photo booth software, hardware, interactive tech, and global trends.
  • Evaluate tools (e.g. AR filters, green screen tech, AI/ML, motion tracking) that can enhance our offerings.
  • Build proposals, mood boards, and wireframes for new concepts.
  • Prototyping & Execution
  • Work closely with the tech and ops team to prototype new experiences and test their feasibility.
  • Help design user flows and end-to-end event experiences from setup to post-event digital delivery.
  • Project manage pilot runs of new concepts and gather feedback for improvement.

What We’re Looking For


We want someone curious, resourceful, and always a step ahead. You should be equal parts creative and analytical — someone who dreams big, but backs it up with research and action.


Must-haves :


  • A strong interest in experience design, creative strategy, or product development
  • Proven ability to research trends, pitch new ideas, and build clear proposals
  • Excellent communication skills – visual, verbal and written
  • Self-driven with the ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Bonus: Familiarity with creative software (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma) and tools like Notion, Trello, or Airtable

Bonus points if you have :


  • Experience in events, photo booths, installations, or digital experiences
  • Background in creative tech, interaction design, or user experience
  • Knowledge of video/photo editing, AR filters, or 3D design
