Job summary

Goldheart Jewelry, a heritage brand under Aspial Corporation Limited, is seeking a Marketing Executive, Events to support planning and execution of brand activations and boutique events.

You’ll work with the Marketing Manager to coordinate logistics, manage RSVP lists, prepare materials and help track event outcomes in a fast-paced retail environment.

1–2 years’ marketing/events experience and a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications or Events Management are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, events, retail activations or related field.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Events Management.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills; able to manage multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and capable of operating in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on-site during events and activations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution of brand events and retail activations across boutiques and malls.
• Assist with RSVP lists, guest registrations and on-site event management.
• Prepare event materials, product displays and gifting for activations.
• Support coordination with vendors, venues and mall management.
• Track timelines, deliverables and post-event reporting.
