Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and staff engagement
- Partner closely with department heads to meet manpower needs and advise on workforce planning
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer, onboarding
- Collaborate on drafting compelling job postings and enhancing employer branding
- Utilize recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Job Boards, PageUp) and applicant tracking systems
- Enhance candidate experience and ensure recruitment excellence through data and insights
- Support HRIS and analytics projects (e.g., SuccessFactors dashboards)
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on HR policies and best practices
- Prepare reports, track recruitment metrics, and contribute to process improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of relevant HRBP and recruitment experience
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of HRIS, dashboards, and visualization tools
- Comfortable navigating a fluid, matrix environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Contract Details
- Duration: 6 months
- Leave Entitlement: 8 days Annual Leave (pro-rated), Medical & Hospitalisation Leave also pro-rated
- Potential for Conversion: Strong possibility of a full-time 3-year contract if performance is good
