Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and staff engagement
  • Partner closely with department heads to meet manpower needs and advise on workforce planning
  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer, onboarding
  • Collaborate on drafting compelling job postings and enhancing employer branding
  • Utilize recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Job Boards, PageUp) and applicant tracking systems
  • Enhance candidate experience and ensure recruitment excellence through data and insights
  • Support HRIS and analytics projects (e.g., SuccessFactors dashboards)
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on HR policies and best practices
  • Prepare reports, track recruitment metrics, and contribute to process improvements
What We’re Looking For
  • Degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years of relevant HRBP and recruitment experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of HRIS, dashboards, and visualization tools
  • Comfortable navigating a fluid, matrix environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Contract Details
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Leave Entitlement: 8 days Annual Leave (pro-rated), Medical & Hospitalisation Leave also pro-rated
  • Potential for Conversion: Strong possibility of a full-time 3-year contract if performance is good
