We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of quantity surveying on a variety of construction projects in Singapore.

This includes cost estimation, contract administration, and project management.

The ideal candidate needs to have at least 5 years of experience in the Singapore construction industry, and be proficient in relevant software such as AutoCAD.

Responsibilities:

• Cost Management:Preparing cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
  Monitoring project costs and identifying potential cost overruns.
  Negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
  Managing variations and claims.
  Preparing and managing final accounts.
  
• Contract Administration:Administering construction contracts according to relevant standards and regulations.
