Position: Nursery & Kindergarten Teacher / Assistant Teacher

Reporting to: Curriculum Coordinator / Preschool Director

1. Engaging Learning Sessions: Implement the preschool curriculum with fun, interactive, and hands-on activities.
2. Storytelling & Creativity: Use stories, role play, music, and art to make learning magical.
3. Classroom Management: Create a safe, happy, and structured environment for learners.
4. Social Media Engagement: Use Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube to share updates and classroom activities.
5. Parent Communication: Share student progress and conduct PTMs.
6. Classroom & Event Setup: Ensure learning spaces are well-maintained and lively.
7. Event Participation: Contribute to preschool events, celebrations, and special days.

Must-Have Skills

• NTT Certification (Nursery Teacher Training) – Mandatory for Lead Teachers, optional for freshers (training provided).
• Love for Kids, patience, warmth, and a child-first approach.
