Job summary

ARITZ CARPENTRY PTE. LTD. is seeking an interior CAD technician to interpret interior and carpentry drawings, prepare detailed outputs using AUTOCAD and SKETCHUP, and coordinate material specs with subcontractors and carpenters on site.

You will verify dimensions, ensure scale accuracy, and support project execution through precise design deliverables while collaborating effectively within a project team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in interior design, civil engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit-out works, furnishing, or renovation projects
• Proficiency in AUTOCAD, SKETCH, and rendering software to produce accurate design outputs
• Demonstrated self-motivation, responsibility, enthusiasm, and strong work ethic
• Ability to collaborate effectively as a team player

Responsibilities

• Interpret interior and carpentry drawings to guide construction and fabrication
• Prepare detailed drawings using AUTOCAD and SKETCHUP to support project execution
• Verify material specifications and dimensions to ensure accuracy and scale compliance
• Coordinate with subcontractors on site construction requirements and with carpenters on fabrication details
• Perform additional advocacy duties as assigned to support project goals
