Job summary

QIAN SHAN SG1 PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced kitchen professional to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring consistent food quality and freshness in line with the restaurant’s SOPs and NEA hygiene standards.

You will prepare, cook, and serve a variety of menu items, maintain cleanliness and safe storage of all ingredients, and assist with stock checks and equipment maintenance in a high-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of kitchen-related experience.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day kitchen operation to ensure consistency in food quality and freshness.
• Prepare, cook and serve a variety of items in accordance with menus.
• Ensure general kitchen cleanliness, tidiness and safety, and hygiene in food preparation and storage.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Assist in inventories and stock ordering management.
