Job Description:

• Perform configuration/customization of ServiceNow, including workflows, portals, and reports.
• Build Service Request Fulfillment workflows from business requirements, including requests, request items, and tasks, using workflows, UI actions, client scripts, and business rules.
• Automate tasks using ServiceNow functionalities.
• Develop integrations and process automations via Orchestration, Web services, SOAP calls, etc.
• Manage clients, complex projects, and participate in business requirement gathering.
• Develop and configure applications in ServiceNow, build workflows, and write automated scripts.
• Create advanced customizations such as Business Rules, UI pages, macros, scripts, and workflows.
• Design, build, and maintain ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools.
• Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data.
• Handle upgrades and customizations while adhering to release management and best practices.
• Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems as needed.

Position Requirements:

• At least 2+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience in modules like ITSM, HRSD, GRC, ITAM.
• Strong technical skills in Java, JavaScript, AngularJS, with Agile experience.
• Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and innovative solution delivery skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology and/or Management (Business Administration).
• Experience in IT, Digital, and Cloud in consulting or technology industries.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) preferred.
