Job description

The Role:
We seek a creative and technical 3D/2D Designer to visualize and execute stunning event & exhibition concepts. You'll transform ideas into compelling presentations and production-ready assets, playing a key role from initial pitch to final installation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept & Visualization: Create persuasive 3D renderings, models, and visual walkthroughs for client presentations and internal development.

  • Creative Collaboration: Actively contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions and develop innovative design solutions for diverse projects.

  • Design Execution: Produce high-quality 2D graphics & layouts (brochures, posters, signage, digital assets) using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), ensuring brand consistency.

  • Technical Detailing: Develop clear floor plans, elevations, and technical drawings for production teams and vendors.

  • Feedback Integration: Proactively incorporate constructive feedback to refine and improve designs.

  • Teamwork & Communication: Collaborate seamlessly with project managers, production teams, and vendors, clearly communicating progress and challenges.

You're a Great Fit If You Have:

  • Proven Experience: Min 3+ years in event/exhibition design, interior fitting, or experiential marketing (showcase this in your portfolio!).

  • Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) AND 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, Vectorworks, AutoCAD).

  • Compelling Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 3D event/exhibition renderings, space planning, and 2D graphic design for events.

  • Design Passion: Exceptional creativity, a keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and spatial awareness.

  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal/written skills to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively.

  • Proactive Mindset: Initiative to solve problems, contribute ideas, and own your work.
