Job summary

TRINAX PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Business Analyst/Product Specialist to translate ambiguous goals into structured requirements across experience, creative, and technology. You will define user journeys, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure traceability from concept to delivery.

You will partner with PM, Creative and Tech teams, support pre-sales discovery, identify gaps and risks, and ground proposals in actionable scope.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in BA / Product / Service Design / Consulting or similar.
• Strong structured thinking and documentation discipline.
• Comfortable working across creative, tech, and business teams.
• Able to operate in ambiguity and bring clarity quickly.
• Good communication; concise and precise.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements by breaking down goals into clear features, flows and constraints.

Purpose

Own requirement clarity from pre-sale to delivery. Translate ambiguity into structured, actionable outputs across experience, creative, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

1) Requirement Definition & Clarity

• Break down business goals into clear requirements (features, flows, constraints)
• Define user journeys, interaction logic, and experience intent
• Produce structured artefacts (user stories, functional specs, acceptance criteria)

2) Pre-Sale & Discovery Support

• Support sales and leadership in discovery (briefs, workshops, clarifications)
• Identify gaps, risks, and assumptions early
• Ensure proposals are grounded in clear, buildable scope

3) Experience Translation (Creative Tech)

• Bridge creative concepts into functional requirements
• Align with tech team on feasibility, dependencies, integrations
• Ensure continuity from concept - design - build

4) Documentation & Traceability

• Maintain end-to-end requirement documentation across phases
• Ensure all requirements are testable and trackable
• Support QA/UAT with clear acceptance criteria

5) Stakeholder Alignment

• Facilitate discussions to resolve ambiguity
• Align internal teams (PM, Creative, Tech) on scope and expectations
• Support client-facing clarification where required
