Exhibition Project Manager

About the role

As an Exhibition Project Manager at Imperial Exhibits Limited, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of complex exhibition projects. This is a full-time, office-based role located in the Central Region. You will play a key strategic role in ensuring the successful execution of our clients' exhibition and display needs.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the planning, coordination and delivery of exhibition projects from concept to completion

• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into detailed project plans

• Oversee the design, fabrication and installation of exhibition stands and displays

• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

• Collaborate with the wider project team, including designers, fabricators and logistics providers

• Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or risks that arise

• Provide regular project updates and reporting to clients and internal stakeholders

What we're looking for

• Significant experience in exhibition or events project management, preferably within the construction or trade show industry

• Strong understanding of exhibition design, fabrication and logistics processes

• Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, high-profile projects

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as autonomously

• Flexible and adaptable, with a solutions-focused approach
