• Monitor Monthly KPI customer’s target and prepare Corrective Action.
• Build strong customer relationships to ensure retention.
• Provide coaching and training to subordinates when needed.
• Troubleshoot operational issues.
• Drive OMS culture as per DSC standards.

Executive, Warehouse Operations (West | Training Provided)

Monitor Monthly KPI customer’s target and prepare Corrective Action if there is any

Build a strong win-win customer relationship to ensure customer retention and development solution to growth existing business.

Manpower arrangement

Provide coaching / training to subordinates (when needed)

Troubleshooting on operational issues such as Okura conveyor issues, WMS etc.

Drive and implement OMS culture as per DSC standards

Manage the planning process to ensure all activities are executed

Focus on quality, cost and service level to meet customer’s expectation

Continually review and improve business processes.

Conduct regular communication sessions with the staff, to understand more about their feedback and concerns.

Requirements:

Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management preferred.

Minimum 1-2 years' experience in supply chain operations and some experience in supervisory role is a plus

Candidate with relevant internship or part-time experience are welcome to apply

Must be highly motivated and able to supervise headcount of 20 to 50 and manage relationships with all levels of staff and customers

Have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
