About Us

Logistic Executive

As a Logistics Executive, you will oversee the end-to-end coordination of OB operation, warehousing, and inventory management to ensure seamless supply chain operations. You will optimize logistics processes, reduce costs, and maintain compliance with industry standards while fostering strong relationships with vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Operational Management:


  • Plan and monitor inbound/outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Manage warehouse operations, including stock audits, cycle counts, and loss prevention.
  • Negotiate contracts with freight forwarders, carriers, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).


Process Optimization:


  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve workflow and reduce lead times.
  • Analyze logistics KPIs (e.g., OTIF, freight costs) and report findings to senior management.


Compliance & Safety:


  • Ensure adherence to local/international regulations (e.g., customs, hazardous materials).
  • Promote workplace safety protocols and sustainability initiatives.


Stakeholder Collaboration:


  • Liaise with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to align logistics with business goals.
  • Resolve escalated customer inquiries related to shipping delays or damages.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse management.
  • Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies (certification preferred).
  • Proficiency in WMS/TMS platforms
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
