Job description

Job Summary:

As a Transport Executive, the candidate is responsible for supporting the daily operations’ needs, proper maintenance of the department’s assets and inventory, and ensuring accuracy in reporting. He/she should maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, resourceful and equipped with good organizational skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy and timely preparation of transport statistics required for monthly reporting purposes
  • Prepare daily revenue verification reports to ensure department’s revenue and data are captured accurately in carpark system
  • Maintenance of daily and monthly operational data for statistical reporting and analysis purposes
  • Provide support to managers in administrative works for billing, tax invoice request, credit card payments, cash controls and collections.
  • Perform administrative tasks; encoding carpark ticket and process season applications.
  • Involve in the preparation of ad hoc forecast for purchase requisition process and annual budget exercise
  • Ensure proper safekeep of all leave application forms and perform verification against Virtual Roster for transport team members
  • Perform any tasks as assigned by Transportation Management team

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Management, Business Administration or related
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in similar capacity
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Resourceful, meticulous, organized and detailed oriented
  • Team player and takes initiative to assist other team members when required
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
