A leading company in Singapore is seeking a motivated Executive in Talent Development & Engagement. This role plays an essential part in enhancing employee development and engagement initiatives, contributing to a thriving workplace culture. The successful candidate will manage training logistics and support HR-related activities, fostering a positive environment for employees to grow and succeed.
We are seeking a motivated Executive in Talent Development & Engagement to support and execute initiatives that enhance employee development, learning, and engagement across the organisation. This role plays a key part in building a thriving workplace culture and ensuring our people are empowered to grow and succeed.
DUTIES
Talent Development
Source and recommend suitable training courses to support talent development initiatives
Manage end-to-end process for training programmes, including coordination with internal stakeholders, external vendor, course registration, communication of training status, vendor payment, and updating of course registration records
Coordinate logistics for in-house training programmes, including venue setup, preparation of training materials, liaison with trainers, coordination of refreshments and attendance tracking
Maintain and update staff learning records in various platforms, documents and trackers accurately and on a timely basis
Support in the development of training contents and collaborate with subject matter expert in co-curation of learning contents when required
Employee Engagement
Support in execution of employee engagement activities, wellness programmes and corporate events
Take initiative in garnering active participation for internal engagement programmes and campaigns
Administrative Support
Design communication brochure to broadcast information on training and engagement activities
Follow up with institutions on internship programmes on any required paperwork, records and enrolment
Provide support in grant-related matters and documentation when required
Undertake any other projects or tasks as assigned by upline superior
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma / Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field
1 year of relevant experience in HR, L&D, or employee engagement
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised, detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to multi-task where required
Proficient in MS Office; experience with LMS or any content development is a plus
ACTA / ACLP certified is a plus
