At TLS Tutorials, we’re building more than a tuition centre.
We’re creating a space where great educators thrive, students are truly mentored, and systems are built with care and intention. As we grow, we need someone who will be the heartbeat of our people operations — part community builder, part office ninja, part systems thinker.
This is not just a back-office job — it’s a role that helps shape the culture, operations, and future of the team.
Who We’re Looking ForWe’re on the lookout for an Executive (Talent & Administration) to join our core team.
You’re someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is obsessed with creating order from chaos, and genuinely cares about people. You’ll help us manage the day-to-day running of our space, while also playing a key role in shaping our talent pipeline and culture systems .
You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves. You take initiative. You like making things better — not just maintaining what exists.

You care about team culture and helping others feel supported
