Responsibilities
  • End to end management of hiring, contracting and offboarding matters.
  • Administration of new hires onboarding (e.g. briefing for new hires etc.).
  • Help manage TA inbox and respond to queries appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • The successful candidate for this role will be expected to start work in early November 2025.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, especially in liaising with stakeholders.
  • Meticulous with good numeracy skills.
  • Strong time management skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
