Job description

[What the role is]
As a support staff, your role is to support policies and schemes in specific functional areas.

[What you will be working on]
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate booking of facilities.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents when necessary.
  • School counter duties such as handling delivery, customer enquiries, phone calls etc.
  • Maintain ITE filing systems and staff database etc.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events and activities.
  • Support procurement processes, including raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
  • Manage inventory and office supplies.
  • Assist with financial administration & special projects as assigned.

[What we are looking for]

1. Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

2. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

3. Proficiency in asset management, including tracking and retirement processes.

4. Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and SharePoint repository.

5. Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in an academic setting.
