A higher education institution in Singapore is seeking an Executive for Student Services. The successful candidate will provide essential support to students and assist in managing various administrative tasks. Ideal applicants have a diploma or degree and 2 years of customer service experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good communication skills are also required. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement.

RESPONSIBILITIES
THE ROLE: Executive, Student Services
As an Executive in the Student Services department, you will be responsible in ensuring timely and routine support services to students upon handover from Sales team. Additionally, you will also be part of a team of main point of contact for existing students.
