A leading healthcare institution is seeking a Finance Professional to manage grants and funding allocation. The role involves liaising with stakeholders, preparing budgets, and providing financial guidance. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and experience in accounting or finance, preferably within a healthcare context.
You willbe the key point of contact from Regional Health System (RHS) Strategic Finance to liaise with funding parties and institutions to collate, prepare and manage all funding-related matters. You willwork closely with institutions/grantors, review the consolidated reports for submission, as well as co-ordinate and manage grant and programme audits to ensure corrective actions are followed up and done in a timely manner. You will manage grants and ensure funding is tracked and disbursed to institutions in a timely and accurate manner. You will support cost and funding allocation as well as preparation of financial analysis for new programmes. You will provide financial guidance on armonization of finance processes for the various programs. You will also support internal control and audit-related matters.
You will document SOPs for finance policies and procedures. You will also be required to prepare and consolidate the annual cost centre budgets which includes cashflow, analysis for management review as well as track expenses incurred and provide administrative support to the department.
